A teenager was arrested Friday night after a crash on Route 22 in Union Township that injured at least 3 people.
A white 2015 Honda Accord was leaving the Union Plaza Shopping Center when it was hit by a gray 2021 GMC Acadia going west on Route 22, according to Union Police.
Six people were inside the Honda — four minors and two 18-year-olds.
The driver, a 17-year-old, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Three occupants of the Honda were taken to the hospital. The others and the driver of the GMC did not have life-threatening injuries.
Route 22 West was closed following the incident but reopened at 2 a.m.
The investigation is ongoing as of Saturday evening.
