Officials say members of the Special Investigations Unit arrested Ashley Danback, of Toms River on Friday, March, 13.

She is charged with one count of false swearing.

The charge stems from statements the defendant made during an investigation into the deaths of two males at a Bayonne pool on June 9, 2022.

Officials said the statements were made after the investigation had already begun and did not contribute to the deaths of the two individuals.
