United Airlines is rolling out a new online tool that allows travelers to track the installation of SpaceX’s Starlink high-speed internet across its aircraft fleet as demand for reliable onboard connectivity surges.
The new tracker, available at StarlinkTracker.United.com, enables customers to check whether upcoming flights are scheduled to have the service, monitor fleetwide rollout progress and view availability by airline hub.
The launch coincides with an extension of United’s “Switch to Better Wi-Fi” status match promotion, which has been extended through Oct. 22 following a 275% spike in applications since it debuted Oct. 1.
