Morris and Essex NJ Transit lines shut down due to a downed tree.

Severe thunderstorms from Saturday evening are continuing to impact transit service across New Jersey on Sunday.

Morris and Essex line rail service is suspended in both directions between Morris Plains and Mount Arlington.

NJ Transit says the suspension is due to a fallen tree near Mount Tabor.
