A Fairview man already charged with sexually assaulting a juvenile is facing additional charges stemming from an alleged assault of another victim in 2017, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor's office.

Carlos Leon, 44, was previously charged with sexually assaulting a minor on multiple occasions between November 2024 and January 2026. He was arrested and detained after his initial court appearance in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, according to officials.

After further investigation, detectives determined Leon also allegedly sexually assaulted another victim in July 2017. On Feb. 10, he was charged with aggravated sexual assault, prosecutors said.
