A water main break in Spotswood sent water rushing into the ShopRite parking lot and created icy conditions early Tuesday morning.
Crews worked through freezing temperatures to make repairs near Old Stage Road between Cleveland Avenue and Old Summerhill Road. Contractors said repairs are complete and water service should be restored, but Spotswood officials have not confirmed that.
Eastbound Old Stage Road remains closed, but westbound is open.
