A 27-year-old man is facing multiple charges after a chaotic series of events at a Wingstop in Rochelle Park.

Police say Tyler Lee is accused of jumping behind the restaurant counter on Wednesday night, stealing food and then rubbing his genitals on a car parked outside.

He attempted to get into another occupied vehicle before fleeing police on foot. Officers took him into custody following a brief pursuit and had him hospitalized.

Police say he attempted to bite officers and EMT personnel. However, no injuries were reported.

Lee has since been remanded to jail.
