Storms moved through Newark overnight, leaving behind damage and flooding in several areas.

Officials say a tree fell onto a car and blocked 13th Street for hours until crews removed it.

There were also reports of flooding on Wilson Avenue. Flooding was also reported on Foundry Street between Roanoke Street and Ferry Street.

The incidents came after strong storms brought heavy rain and gusty winds to the area.
