Why throw it away when you can fix it for free? That’s the idea behind a new repair café hosted by the Sussex- Wantage library.

The event brings together people who can fix everyday items, including bicycles, lamps and clothing in need of sewing.

It was the library’s first time hosting the event, and organizers say so many items came in broken and left in better shape that they’re already planning another Repair Café for early next year.
