Two planes on the ground collided at Newark Airport yesterday morning.

Officials said a Singapore Airlines jet pushing back from the gate struck a Spirit Airlines plane that was parked at its gate.

No injuries were reported, but passengers had to get off both planes and were delayed.

The Spirit aircraft is being inspected this morning.
